Role Summary:

The Market Quality & Clinical Manager (MQCM) is tasked with overseeing all quality initiatives within Central Carolina Physician Practice. This role involves direct collaboration with clinical staff and providers to implement effective workflows aimed at achieving performance metrics. The MQCM will also ensure that all clinical staff maintain their competencies and will be responsible for the essential clinical care associated with the assessment, promotion, maintenance, and restoration of patient health and wellness.

In addition, the MQCM will manage all clinical staff functions within a medical practice, which includes responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training clinical personnel. Performance evaluations will be conducted in partnership with providers, and the MQCM will establish clinical protocols to ensure ongoing success. Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations will be a key focus, alongside continuous clinical education.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree is mandatory.

Licensure: None required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Preferably two years of supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with providers and staff.
  • Self-motivated and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Willingness to work on religious holidays as needed.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others, mentoring clinical staff for professional growth.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining effective relationships with medical and administrative personnel, patients, and the community.
