Position Summary:

The Market Quality & Clinical Manager (MQCM) is responsible for overseeing all quality initiatives within Central Carolina Physician Practice. This role involves collaborating with staff and providers to establish effective workflows that ensure the achievement of performance metrics. The MQCM will work closely with all licensed clinical personnel to maintain competencies and will be instrumental in promoting, assessing, and restoring patient health and wellness.

The MQCM will also manage all clinical staff functions within a medical practice, including the recruitment, orientation, and training of clinical personnel. Performance evaluations will be conducted in conjunction with providers, and clinical protocols will be established to ensure ongoing success. This role also entails ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations through continuous clinical education.
