Position Summary:

The Market Quality & Clinical Manager (MQCM) is responsible for overseeing all quality initiatives within Central Carolina Physician Practice. This role involves collaborating with staff and providers to implement effective workflows that ensure the achievement of quality metrics. The MQCM will work closely with clinical licensed personnel to maintain and enhance competencies. Additionally, this position entails overseeing clinical care essential for the assessment, promotion, maintenance, and restoration of patient health and wellness. The MQCM will receive training to become the market superuser.

The MQCM will also manage all clinical staff functions within a medical practice, including responsibilities for interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training clinical personnel. Performance evaluations will be conducted in conjunction with providers, and clinical protocols will be established to ensure ongoing success. Compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines is paramount, along with the provision of continuous clinical education.
