Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Buxton Company, LLC. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and solutions-focused problem-solving to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conferring with clients to identify problems, questions, and needs
- Providing technical support for products and responding to client queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Helping clients use specific product features and identifying the cause of any bugs or problems
- Building long-lasting relationships and engaging customers by providing exceptional service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, economics, real estate, statistics, math, or a similar field
- Experience using Microsoft Suite products, especially Excel
- 1+ year of customer support experience
- Familiarity with mapping software
- 2+ years of helpdesk experience
- Salesforce experience

Compensation:
The Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $50,000 to $55,000.
