  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective service to all customers.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring a positive impression of the dealership.
  • Provide exceptional support for all customer inquiries, whether in person or over the phone.
  • Maximize the daily productivity of technicians by efficiently distributing work.
  • Address technical questions regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain high Customer Happiness scores in line with company standards.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and order necessary parts and tools.
  • Oversee warranty claims administration and provide training and supervision to service department staff.
  • Set schedules and assign tasks to service department employees.
  • Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with factory representatives and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Work closely with upper management on hiring and disciplinary decisions within the service department.
