As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be part of a quality-focused team. Our Customer Service Representatives are held to high standards and must adeptly manage multiple tasks without sacrificing quality. The ideal candidate will handle a diverse range of telephone inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be on addressing telephone inquiries related to customer accounts. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Managing calls from both internal and external clients
  • Updating and maintaining customer accounts in various databases
  • Explaining programs, benefits, and policies
  • Ensuring customer retention
  • Documenting the reasons for each call to facilitate successful resolutions

Essential Skills:

Problem Solving/Analytical Skills: Ability to navigate challenging situations with minimal oversight.

Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong listening skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Capacity to engage positively with customers and colleagues daily, supporting the program and callers effectively.

Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount, along with the ability to work independently with little supervision.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of work experience. Six months of customer service experience, particularly in a contact center environment, is preferred.
