Customer Care Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to become a vital part of our team.

We seek a friendly yet highly professional "service champion" to assist us in fulfilling our mission to our clients and their beloved pets.

Why We Need You

As the representative of VCA, the Customer Care Specialist establishes the atmosphere for the practice as we cultivate and uphold each customer's trust and confidence in our expertise.

The CSR is the central figure around which the hospital functions and is accountable for:

  • Providing customer service tasks, including welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and directing clients and their pets to examination rooms.
  • Coordinating and confirming appointments.
  • Making outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Communicating and clarifying fees, including processing payments.
  • Advising, selecting, and procuring products and services, including prescriptions.

Responding to inquiries about products and services, including educating clients on general animal care and non-medical pet management (e.g., heartworm prevention, house training, and flea & tick control).

Overseeing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.

Maintaining the hospital environment (including the removal of animal waste) and ensuring that the facility remains tidy and organized at all times—both indoors and outdoors.
