Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Behavior Analyst, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to observe, identify, analyze, and document behavior challenges. You will conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans, and create individualized treatment plans to help each individual improve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify behavior challenges
  • Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans to address behavior challenges
  • Create individualized treatment plans to help individuals improve
  • Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans
  • Collaborate with individuals, families, and staff to develop and implement behavioral plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in psychology or related field
  • One year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development
  • Board Certification/BCBA or BCaBA preferred
  • Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
