Project Brilliance is a leading provider of ABA therapy services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as a Clinical Lead.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing supervision and training to Behavior Therapists, creating and implementing behavior intervention programs, and overseeing data collection and analysis. You will also work closely with parents and guardians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and training to Behavior Therapists
  • Create and implement behavior intervention programs
  • Oversee data collection and analysis
  • Work closely with parents and guardians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Attend coordination of care meetings with other providers

Requirements:

  • Valid BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
