About the Role

This dynamic role offers a diverse range of tasks, allowing you to support our mission and make a tangible impact. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Observing, identifying, analyzing, and documenting behavior challenges in individuals we serve and staff
  • Conducting functional behavioral assessments to inform service plans
  • Developing and implementing behavioral analysis service plans to promote positive outcomes
  • Creating individualized treatment plans to help individuals improve and thrive
  • Training team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology or a related field
  • One year of experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development
  • Board Certification/BCBA or BCaBA preferred
  • A valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
