Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing supervision and training to Behavior Therapists, creating and implementing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing programming in various settings. Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and training to Behavior Therapists on teaching and behavior change techniques
  • Create, monitor, and update behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
  • Design and implement proper data collection methods
  • Oversee programming in various settings, including home, community, and center-based settings
  • Regularly meet with parents and guardians to provide ongoing support and training
  • Attend coordination of care meetings with other providers, including schools and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each child
Requirements
  • Valid BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with young children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Full-time availability, Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:00pm
