Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an Early Intervention Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized ABA therapy services to young children with ASD and other developmental disabilities in various settings, including home, community, and center-based environments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
- Provide supervision and training to Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on ABA techniques and strategies.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in children's behavior and develop targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and family support.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy and autism treatment.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Valid BCBA certification.
- Experience working with young children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
