Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing supervision, training, and support to our Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), while also designing and implementing effective behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision and Training: Provide regular supervision and training to Behavior Therapists and RBTs on teaching and behavior change techniques, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
- Program Development: Create, monitor, and update behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Design and implement effective data collection methods, analyzing data to inform program development and ensure continuous improvement.
- Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of programs in various settings, including home, community, and center-based environments.
- Communication and Collaboration: Regularly meet with parents and legal guardians, providing ongoing training and support to ensure they are informed and engaged in their child's care. Attend coordination of care meetings with other providers, including schools, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise and train Student Analysts, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness, informing program development and ensuring continuous improvement.
- BCBA Certification: Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
- Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience working with young children with various diagnoses, preferably in early intervention settings.
- Availability: Full-time availability, with a regular schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm.
