Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Supervisor to join our team at Precision NDT LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing labor crews and ensuring the completion of project requirements while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise labor crews and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct daily tailgate meetings to promote a culture of safety and health.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Complete JSA forms accurately and ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  • Operate heavy machinery, including backhoes, maintainers, and loaders, while ensuring safe work practices.
  • Work effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities
  • Comply with Precision NDT LLC's QHSES Management System and report any incidents or near-misses.
  • Intervene when there is an unacceptable risk to another person and use the Precision STOP process to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Support environmental initiatives and promote environmental programs to all stakeholders.
  • Participate in root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and promote continuous learning.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of environmental experience in the oil, gas, chemical, steel, paper, or pulp industry.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities and meet strict deadlines under minimal supervision.

Work Environment

The work environment is outdoors during the day and occasionally at night. The successful candidate must be willing and able to meet any HSE requirements that may be required by Precision NDT LLC to perform their job duties in the designated work area.
