We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Air Quality and ESG Program as a Department Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and oversight to our air quality and environmental services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and technical direction to the Air Quality and ESG Program
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage client and agency interactions, including proposal preparation and negotiation
  • Oversee the development and administration of air quality-related programs and projects
  • Mentor and train air quality staff in technical skills and best practices
  • Participate in business development activities to identify and pursue new project opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive air quality consulting experience, with a focus on the oil and gas industry
  • Five years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience with regulatory management, compliance, and support, as well as greenhouse gas emissions and climate change
  • Ability to translate environmental regulations and permit requirements into understandable compliance guidance
