We are seeking a skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team at Blitz Digital Group, a leading conservative non-profit and political fundraising agency based in Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and developing strategic fundraising plans to help our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 2-4 unique client accounts and develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key contacts.
  • Develop and implement personalized fundraising plans based on client goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with our internal departments, including copywriters, data providers, production, and accounting, to drive client success and track towards established goals.
  • Continuously find ways to add value to client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Experience in digital fundraising and managing client accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • The ability to be proactive and a self-starter, with a hunger for continuous learning and development.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, with experience working for conservative non-profits or political campaigns a plus.
