**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team as an RBT Training Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to equip them with necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective behavior analysis services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Deliver onboarding training for RBTs, including instruction and hands-on practice of behavior-analytic principles.
  • Assess RBTs' understanding of training materials, ensuring they meet competency standards and align with our company's protocols.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Training Manager to maintain consistent training practices and stay current with industry standards and best practices.
  • Maintain records of training attendance and completion.
  • Deliver group treatment sessions of up to 6 clients in the clinic setting.

**Qualifications: **
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current BCaBA certification with active status.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and constructive feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must be available during clinic hours (8:30am-4:30pm)

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year
