Salary: Up to $145,000 per year
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic clinical services team. As a BCBA, you will positively impact the growth of our company by providing support and care to children with autism and behavioral differences in Atlanta, GA.
What You'll Do:
- Craft evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs and strengths of each child.
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and exceed expectations.
- Mentor aspiring behavior analysts, technician teams while collaborating with colleagues.
- Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional standards.
- Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
Experience Needed:
- Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification.
- Proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans.
- Prior experience working with children and families is preferred.
