Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Leader. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for leading a team of behavior technicians and providing supervision and support to ensure that they are implementing treatment plans with high fidelity.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and inspire behavior technicians through effective supervision and support.
- Drive positive change by conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing innovative ABA programs that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Embrace challenges with grace and adapt to changing situations with flexibility and professionalism.

Requirements
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of behavior technicians.
- Excellent clinical skills, with experience in conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing ABA programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
