Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Behavioral Therapist to join our team at the Autism Behavioral Institute. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch behavioral services to our clients.

About the Role
As a Lead Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments and designing treatment programs for clients. You will also supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCABAs) to implement treatment plans. Additionally, you will provide primary caregiver training and support, ensuring continuity of care from our institute to our clients' homes.

Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field of study. You must also be certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. A minimum of two years of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs is required, including completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training.
