Job Description:

As a Clinical Behavior Specialist, you will lead by example and inspire Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring they implement treatment plans with high fidelity. You will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop innovative ABA programs, continuously evaluating client needs and providing parent education.

  • Proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
