POSITION OVERVIEW:

In this dynamic travel position, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a Nurse Aide training curriculum. You will serve as the primary instructor, guiding new hires on their journey to becoming state-certified nursing assistants. As the healthcare landscape evolves, we are committed to nurturing new talent from the ground up.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Possess a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in your state of employment or a valid compact license.
  • Graduate from an accredited RN or BSN nursing program.
  • Willingness to obtain Train the Trainer Certification as mandated by state regulations.
  • Effectively train Certified Nursing Assistants in compliance with current federal and state standards.
  • Must be open to travel throughout the eastern region of Pennsylvania.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience, with at least one year in a long-term care environment.
  • Experience in assessing the clinical competencies of caregivers in a long-term care setting is essential.
  • Prior experience as a Nurse Aide Educator is highly desirable.
