POSITION OVERVIEW:
In this dynamic travel position, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a Nurse Aide training curriculum. You will serve as the instructor, guiding new team members on their journey to becoming state-certified nursing assistants. As the healthcare landscape evolves, we aim to be at the forefront of training emerging talent.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Possession of a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in your state of employment or a valid compact license
- Graduation from an accredited RN or BSN nursing program
- Willingness to obtain Train the Trainer Certification as mandated by state regulations
- Effectively train Certified Nursing Assistants in compliance with current federal and state standards
- Willingness to travel throughout designated regions
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience, with at least one year in a long-term care environment
- Experience in assessing the clinical competencies of caregivers in a long-term care setting is essential
- Previous experience as a Nurse Aide Educator is preferred
Work Schedule and Compensation:
