JOB SUMMARY:
The Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) is responsible for executing assigned resident care tasks, assisting with daily living activities, and performing related duties under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse and nurse manager. This role is vital in fostering maximum independence and comfort for each resident by delivering personalized care in collaboration with team members, residents, and their families. The CNA plays a crucial role in supporting and enhancing residents' strengths, social contributions, unique values, preferences, living habits, and choices.

RECRUITMENT CRITERIA:
Applicants must have successfully completed a nurse aide training program certified by the state of PA.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
Candidates must possess the ability to read, write, and follow verbal instructions.
We seek individuals who are willing to be agents of change.
Demonstrated sensitivity to the emotional, social, mental health, and spiritual needs of residents is necessary.
Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Successful completion of a nurse aide course as certified by the state of PA is mandatory.
