Job Overview

Adecco Search is currently seeking multiple Quality Assurance Inspectors for a prominent manufacturing firm specializing in medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for conducting visual and dimensional assessments of products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

  • Utilizes technical drawings, specifications, and inspection protocols with various measuring instruments, including CMMs and Smart Scopes.
  • Executes CMM / Smart Scope programs after securing parts in fixtures.
  • Conducts moisture assessments on materials.
  • Performs thorough visual and dimensional inspections on initial, in-process, and finished products.
  • Collaborates with team members to address quality discrepancies when necessary.
  • Communicates any visual and dimensional non-conformances to operations promptly.
  • Identifies and contains non-conforming products effectively.
  • Completes necessary reports and departmental documentation accurately.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of inspection experience preferred, demonstrating familiarity with inspection methods, tools, and procedures.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in work approach.
  • Experience with CMM/PC-DMIS/SmartScope is advantageous.
