As a Digital Sales Director at Sojern, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the travel industry. With a strong focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base, you will develop and execute a strategic plan to position Sojern's Travel Audiences as the premier solution for agencies seeking to reach and engage travel audiences. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within major holding company agencies, and secure new agency-level agreements for the use of Sojern's Travel Audiences in advertising campaigns. To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital and programmatic advertising sales, with a significant portion focused on working with media agencies and selling data-driven solutions. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of success in securing agency-level agreements for data products or services, and a strong network of contacts within the media agency world. In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive compensation package ($120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience), stock options, and a Bonusly program to reward and recognize team wins and performance. Sojern also offers a flexible work environment with remote work options.
