Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department at POIC & RAHS. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service to employees and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with payroll functions, including processing, answering employee questions, and distributing checks.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors.
  • Conduct or assist with new hire orientation and special events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate degree from college or technical school.
  • 1-3 years of related experience and/or training in an administrative position.
  • Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
