Human Resources Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to support various HR and recruitment functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the HR and Recruitment department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Either one year of experience in HR and/or Recruiting, OR a Bachelor's Degree in HR in lieu of experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
