Guest Experience Coordinator

Aimbridge Hospitality is a leading third-party hotel management company with a portfolio of over 1,550 hotels across the United States and around the world. Our mission is to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business results for our hotel owners and investors. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Front Desk Manager in managing daily operations, including checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room revenue and occupancy
- Work closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure efficient guest services and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest interactions, room inventory, and sales data
- Communicate hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to guests and team members
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
- High School diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field helpful
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately, and maintain composure and objectivity under pressure

- A competitive hourly rate: $20.07-$24.09 per hour
