Assistant Professor/Associate Professor Family Medicine Position

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as an Assistant Professor/Associate Professor of Family Medicine. This is a renewable contract position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our department.
About the PositionThe Department of Family Medicine at the University of Alabama is committed to providing high-quality education and training to medical students and residents. As an Assistant Professor/Associate Professor, you will play a key role in teaching, research, and clinical practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching medical students and residents in clinical training
- Conducting research and scholarly activity
- Providing direct patient care in outpatient/ambulatory primary care and urgent care settings
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine
- Alabama medical licensure
