Core Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of client services and strategic account oversight.

Engage in our business development initiatives, promote the firm’s reputation in the industry, and supervise direct reports.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Flourish in a dynamic environment that encourages collaboration, involvement, and empowerment.
Serve as a team leader and facilitator, fostering open discussions on various topics.
Encourage direct reports to contribute insights that enhance decision-making quality, rather than merely seeking agreement.
Show genuine interest in learning from diverse perspectives and actively seek constructive feedback.

Account Oversight:
Coordinates and recommends staffing allocations for direct reports across all relevant accounts.

Supervises various public relations, integrated digital marketing, crisis management, training, and public affairs initiatives for client programs within designated budgets.

Directs a range of activities across multiple accounts, including assessing account needs, strategic planning, and effective budgeting.

Ensures timely completion and submission of monthly reports and invoicing packages.
Accountable for overall account management and budget compliance.
Guides the overarching account strategy to fulfill our clients' business objectives.

Client Engagement:


Assumes responsibility for regular strategic client interactions and counsel, ensuring alignment with our team's performance, deliverables, and business impact.

Identifies and advocates for opportunities that provide added value and growth for our clients.
Ensures that service quality standards are upheld, including the presentation of all deliverables.

Business Development:


Assists in crafting proposals for new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, collaborating closely with our business development and marketing teams.

Identifies additional business prospects within current accounts and new client opportunities.
Leads account teams in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs).
Possesses strong presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating and selling ideas to potential clients.
Responsible for the development of new products and services.

Team Development:
Enhances the skills of team members through training and mentorship.
Participates in recruitment and hiring processes.
Evaluates team performance and provides guidance on career progression.

Qualifications:
Exceptional writing, verbal communication, editing, and interpersonal skills.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Specialized knowledge in the industry, along with skills in media relations, planning, organization, and writing.
A range of intangible qualities including sound judgment, enthusiasm, sales acumen, and coaching abilities.
Familiarity with general business practices.

Experience: 8+ years

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience, along with eligibility for an incentive compensation program, 401k matching, profit sharing, and additional benefits.
