We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Events Setup Staff to join our team at Oak View Group. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for setting up and tearing down event spaces, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Event Setup and Tear Down: Set up and tear down event spaces, including risers, chairs, tables, pipe and drape, and other equipment as needed.
- Room Preparation: Execute accurate and timely completion of room sets, ensuring that all necessary items are in place and ready for events.
- Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts, pallet jackets, and other machinery as required.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal and external clients, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
