Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Alivia Group Business Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our print and mail services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive training in and execute production of automated printing and mailing of communication pieces under supervision.
  • Assist in executing internal orders for printing and finishing services.
  • Learn and use various software, hardware, and machinery to produce reports, presentations, documents, and other communication in digital or print media.
  • Perform routine hardware maintenance under supervision.
  • Monitor and maintain onsite inventory and stock of printing materials and supplies.
  • Support the production team to ensure daily schedules and production goals are met.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge and skills in using/operating automated printing applications and equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of printing and mailing industry practices.
  • Basic knowledge of PGE departments and ability to link and demonstrate partnership.
  • Basic analytical thinking skills.
