Print Production Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Print Production Manager to lead our retail and print service location in Idaho.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and directing a team of 10 employees to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Designing and implementing sales programs to drive business growth.
- Building strong community relationships to promote brand awareness.
- Ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion of printed projects.
- Scheduling jobs and resolving production issues.
- Mentoring and developing employees to reach their full potential.
- Fostering a positive work culture that encourages employee success.
- Collaborating with executive and regional leadership teams.
- Managing budgets and P&L responsibilities.
Requirements include:
- Minimum 7-10 years of leadership experience in the offset and/or digital printing industry.
- General management experience with sales, planning, and strategy implementation.
- Proven track record in building sales and setting goals.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Working knowledge of prepress, printing, and binding operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and follow-through skills.
- Strong business acumen.

Starting base salary $75,000 - $85,000 + 1/4 bonus potential, health insurance, PTO, 401k match, additional perks, and relocation assistance.
