Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Appliance Repair Technician to join our team at Mr. Appliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of appliance repair technicians, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Appliances: Troubleshoot and repair home appliances, providing cost estimates and communicating with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Lead a Team of Technicians: Supervise and mentor a team of appliance repair technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide Technical Support: Serve as a resource and technical support for the team, ensuring that all technicians have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Communicate with the Office: Effectively communicate with the office team to ensure that all customer information and repair details are accurately recorded and communicated.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this position.
  • Experience in Appliance Repair: A minimum of four years of experience in appliance repair is preferred for this position.
