    • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to patients and members
    • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
    • Resolve patient concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Patient Flow Management
    • Check patients in and out of the clinic
    • Manage patient schedules and appointments

Requirements
  • Education
