Job Overview
Prime Energy Solar is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Closer, you will play a critical role in converting leads into customers and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Travel as required for business development purposes, including client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a closing role.
  • Strong lead generation skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and understand their pain points.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for business development purposes.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
