Job Summary

Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our campus facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing buildings and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure all areas of the campus are clean and sanitized, including offices, classrooms, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Security and Access Control: Monitor and control access to campus facilities, including locking and unlocking doors, and monitoring security cameras.
  • Event Setup and Coordination: Assist with setup and breakdown of events, including conferences, meetings, and other activities.
  • Supply Management: Order and manage supplies, including cleaning materials, paper products, and other essentials.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, cleaning, and security activities, including schedules, reports, and other documentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience: Previous experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks as required.
