About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our OTC Margin Operations team. As the Head of OTC Margin Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our OTC margin operations, including margin calls processing, collateral optimization, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the OTC margin operations team to ensure the successful execution of margin calls processing, collateral optimization, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our OTC margin operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Front Office, Credit Risk, Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain a robust control environment to ensure the integrity of our OTC margin operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in OTC margin operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of OTC margin operations, including margin calls processing, collateral optimization, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
