As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our campus facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our students, faculty, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning and disinfection of offices, classrooms, restrooms, and other areas of the campus.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including window cleaning, trash removal, and groundskeeping.
- Coordinate event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Supervise outsourced services, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
- Assist in securing bids for building improvements and oversee the implementation of projects.
- Ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and report any issues to the Business Office Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of maintenance and facility management processes.
- The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bryant & Stratton College offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and company-paid college tuition for associates and their families.
