Job Overview

This is a salaried position that includes benefits such as two weeks of paid vacation, holiday and sick leave. We contribute 25% towards your national health insurance, and provide complimentary life insurance equivalent to twice your salary, along with both long-term and short-term disability coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments of materials and packages.
  • Generate shipping labels using FedEx and coordinate international and special handling shipments.
  • Order necessary shipping supplies.
  • Maintain and track inventory of incoming shipments utilizing spreadsheets and online tools.
  • Ensure cleanliness in all electrical, generator, data center, and storage areas.
  • Organize workshops, hallways, and storage spaces.
  • Perform various office tasks and facility upkeep.
  • Conduct weekly tape library operations, including ejecting and loading tapes.
  • Oversee the disposal and organization of the dumpster and garage area.
  • Remove boxes and debris from the premises that are not managed by cleaning staff.
  • Maintain an inventory of tools and parts.
  • Supervise maintenance vendors as necessary.
  • Utilize the work order system for additional tasks.
  • Keep pantry stock levels adequate.
  • Assist with the setup and cleanup of site events.
  • Perform seasonal outdoor maintenance, including lawn watering and snow removal from sidewalks.
Qualifications:
  • Basic IT technical skills.
  • Ability to climb ladders exceeding 15 feet.
  • Capability to work independently without supervision.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience in electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC systems.
  • Proficiency in Information Systems and technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Excel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong service orientation with a focus on customer needs and service quality.
  • Results-driven with an emphasis on achieving objectives and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Team-oriented mindset, fostering a collaborative environment to strengthen staff relationships in support of business objectives.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Availability for weekends, off-hours, and overtime as needed to support operations and projects.
  • Overtime opportunities are available.
