We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dietary Aide to join our team at Country Meadows, a family-owned private company based in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

The estimated salary for this position is $15.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience. This rate may vary based on full-time or part-time schedules.

About the Role

This Dietary Aide role plays a vital part in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with residents, understanding their preferences, and delivering personalized service.

  • Engage with residents by building relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Promote a positive and respectful atmosphere in the dining room.
  • Assist residents with menu selection, ensuring their dietary requirements are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all dining areas.
  • Properly clean and sanitize dishes and silverware according to company standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Dining room/kitchen-related experience preferred.
  • A strong commitment to customer service, demonstrating respect, friendliness, and a willingness to serve others.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand and speak English fluently.
