About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Care Specialist to join our dynamic team at KidsPeace. As a Behavioral Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to autistic clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver individualized support and interventions to clients, focusing on social skills development and stabilization.
  2. Collaborate with Lead Behavior Health Technicians, Assistant Supervisors, and other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  3. Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  4. Adhere to established protocols and regulatory guidelines when completing documentation.

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess BCaBA certification or equivalent; BCAT certification or 40 hours of RBT training also acceptable.
  • Minimum 2 years of ABA experience and 40 hours of RBT training preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and First Aid/CPR certifications required.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware necessary.
