Job Overview - Retail Sales Floor Supervisor at Vuori

The Retail Sales Floor Supervisor at Vuori plays a pivotal role in guiding the retail sales team, embodying the brand's values through effective customer engagement and extensive product knowledge. This position is essential in upholding Vuori's retail excellence and delivering outstanding customer service. As a vital member of the store leadership team, the Supervisor oversees the retail environment, assigns responsibilities, and works in close partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

  • Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Take charge of the sales floor to ensure a customer-centric approach.
  • Assist customers with fitting room needs, sizing inquiries, and product details.
  • Engage customers with insights on products, trends, and upcoming promotions.
  • Stay knowledgeable about new arrivals and best-selling items to better assist customers.

Proactively Manage Store Operations:

  • Lead daily store functions in the absence of senior management.
  • Inspire the sales team to achieve targets in a collaborative environment.
  • Keep abreast of fashion trends and activewear to provide informed recommendations.
  • Oversee various projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience.
  • Communicate inventory requirements to align with business goals.

Exhibit Leadership and Accountability:

  • Work alongside the Retail Store Manager on daily operations and team oversight.
  • Ensure the store is well-presented, restock merchandise, and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Maintain compliance with operational standards during store opening and closing.
  • Promote high performance, punctuality, and accountability among team members.

Qualifications:

  • Availability for morning and/or evening shifts, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, including at least one weekend day.
  • Proven leadership in maintaining punctuality and attendance.
  • Strong skills in building relationships with customers and team members.
  • Expertise in customer service, sales techniques, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Quick adaptability with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ownership mentality, proactive approach, and a desire for personal and professional growth.
