  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to emphasize customer satisfaction.
  • Take charge of the sales floor to enhance customer interactions.
  • Assist customers with fitting room needs, size inquiries, and product details.
  • Engage customers with insights on products, trends, and upcoming promotions.
  • Stay informed about new arrivals and best-selling items to assist customers effectively.

Proactively manage store operations:

  • Lead daily store functions in the absence of upper management.
  • Inspire the sales team to achieve objectives in a collaborative environment.
  • Remain knowledgeable about fashion trends and activewear to provide informed recommendations.
  • Oversee projects while ensuring a focus on customer experience.
  • Communicate inventory requirements to align with business goals.

Exhibit leadership and accountability:

  • Partner with the Retail Store Manager on daily operations and team dynamics.
  • Maintain store aesthetics, replenish stock, and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards during store opening and closing.
  • Foster high performance, punctuality, and accountability among team members.

Qualifications

  • Availability for morning and/or evening shifts, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, including at least 1 weekend day.
  • Proven leadership in attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong skills in building relationships with customers and team members.
  • Expertise in customer service, sales strategies, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Quick learner with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ownership mentality, proactive approach, and a desire for personal and professional growth.
