Compensation: $40,000 to $100,000 annually, including commission and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Engage in sales activities targeting retail customers, B2B clients, and real estate professionals.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable flooring solutions.
  • Promote and sell the full range of Rite Rug flooring products and services.
  • Measure spaces for installation purposes.
  • Process payments in accordance with company policies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed projects.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of all flooring products offered.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in flooring is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently and solving problems.
  • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Measure Square or RFMS Measure software.

Note: This position offers a competitive base salary with a commission structure, and training will be provided.
