Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal care
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
  • Minimum 2 years of Acute Care experience
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
