About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistant Supervisor to join our In Home and Community Supports team in the Delaware Valley Region. This role will be based out of our Fort Washington office and will primarily serve individuals in Montgomery County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coordination and direct care support to individuals with intellectual disabilities living in their own homes or their natural family's homes.
  • Train and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and review of individual support plans that are strengths-based and person-centered.
  • Provide 25-30 hours of direct care support to individuals in the program.
  • Attend all necessary meetings relating to support and coordination aspects of the individuals being served.
  • Participate in the orientation, development, and supervision of assigned DSPs.
  • Maintain documentation and data related to your caseload.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • One year of direct care experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, regular access to a reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance.
  • Two (2) years of driving experience.
  • No Driver's License suspensions in the last 48 months.

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $19.50/hour, with increases based on education and experience in the field.
  • 40 hours/week Monday-Friday, with flexibility and occasional evening and weekend shifts.
  • On-call rotation with compensation.
