Position Overview:
As a Program Analyst Supervisor, you will be responsible for making high-level managerial decisions, including the assignment of action items for effective problem resolution and the development of alternative strategies to implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with a diverse range of international clients, both remotely and in-person, to facilitate Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case execution activities.
- Oversee, review, and approve task assignments for various NAVSEA directorates, offices, and external organizations involved in FMS cases.
- Identify and define requirements for Contract Support Services, assist in acquisition solutions, and prepare necessary Procurement Requests (PRs) for internal evaluation.

- Participate in the source selection process and conduct technical reviews of proposals, serving as the primary contractual technical point of contact.
- Act as the main decision-maker for daily business operations, addressing issues or conflicts that may hinder progress in achieving program objectives.

- Supervise the warehousing process for PMS 326 FOTS, including the planning of material distribution to FOTS customers.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of transportation plans for FMS cases, coordinating requirements with other governmental offices and organizations.

- Assess programmatic, logistical, and technical areas for improvement, identifying potential future challenges and balancing workloads across the assigned team.
- Evaluate the impact of potential issues and develop alternatives or temporary solutions to significant problems affecting customer programs.

- Innovate and implement new concepts and procedures to address systemic challenges in traditional business practices.

Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and suitable for federal employment.
- Participation in the direct deposit pay program is required.
- New hires must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.

- Obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance prior to starting the position.
- Must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band or grade level in federal service or comparable experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized Experience:
- Experience managing acquisition, technical, logistical, or programmatic efforts for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases supporting surface ship programs.

Additional Information:
- This position may require travel to various locations, including remote or isolated sites, and the ability to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods.
