Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Experience Specialist to join our team at Exela Technologies.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to clients by assisting with mailroom operations, ensuring timely delivery of mail and packages, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.
You will be working in a dynamic team environment, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to clients by answering their inquiries, resolving their issues, and addressing their concerns.
- Mailroom Operations: Assist with mailroom operations, including sorting, processing, and delivering mail and packages.
- Accuracy and Productivity: Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity while performing mailroom duties.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achieve team goals.
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills essential.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and arms regularly.
